TOUCHSTONE INN is proud to announce a first-of-its-kind workshop with Master Iconographer Michael Galovic. Mr. Galovic, a 1974 graduate of the Belgrade Academy of Arts, will personally conduct hands-on instruction in iconographic painting on the grounds of the historic Touchstone Inn and Retreat Center. One of the last great Taos places, Touchstone's legendary Old World charm and hospitality create the perfect setting for this memorable experience.

Each participant will live and work on the premises, and produce an iconic painting, "Mother of God Interceding" under the guidance of Mr. Galovic. The workshop is open to highly skilled professionals as well as serious beginners; the sole requirement is a deep commitment to learning this traditional form of religious expression. You'll work with the master from 9 to 5, then gather with your colleagues to talk about the day, enjoy the hot tub, take in the breathtaking sites of Northern New Mexico---or just bask in the timeless glory of Taos Mountain.
